Short, sweet, and to the point

The breakfast had a tasty variety. The location was ideal for my needs. Though I encountered dirty sheets that were promptly changed, the attentive staff added a personal touch to my visit.

Such a letdown! First, the bathtub was dirty, and apparently no one cares to clean it. Then, the breakfast started at 6:30 AM, but it was a disaster! Milk was curdled and yogurt warm, just unacceptable! As if I wouldn't require a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience I faced, I almost gave a decent review, but just couldn't.

Quite comfortable stay, as always. Nice hotel with free parking and convenient location in the middle of jackson. A great selection of food for breakfast including cookies and eggs. Exceptional services! Everything great.

Breakfast was a letdown

The King Suite scored big on cleanliness and comfort, offering ample outlets for gadgets. Breakfast featured grab-and-go bags that I hadn't seen before, a thoughtful touch that stood out.

First room had a non-working phone and a heater that emitted a burning smell. I found a disturbing item under the nightstand and moved to a better room, which thankfully alleviated most concerns, but it should be noted that the initial experience was pretty unsettling.

Wi-fi was fast, and I enjoyed the tv. Breakfast options were lacking.

The staff really turned things around when I raised the issue about the sheets-props for the quick service! Plus, the location was just right for my adventures in Snyder.

Though I savored the breakfast, I can't ignore that the first room had some pretty rough stuff, like dirty sheets and a heater that gave off strange smells. I reminded me of I was digging into an upgrade just to find comfort in the second room.

The hotel featured modernized rooms with convenient amenities such as a refrigerator and workspace. The high-speed internet was reliable, which I greatly appreciated for staying connected during my travels.

More accessible seating in common areas would help seniors.

Checked into a queen room, comfortable and well-equipped with a modern fridge and microwave, but showed signs of age and neglect in maintenance. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot items, including a fun Texas-shaped waffle maker. The lighting in the room could use improvement, as one bulb was out, and some areas lacked thoroughness in cleaning.

We loved how close the place was to where we needed to be! The staff was super cute, and having excellent internet in the room was a big plus. Plus, we enjoyed the local Western Swing dancing scene while accommodating our three dogs.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly breakfast options.
